A: We will bring our own supplies (eco-friendly) and equipment needed for the clean. However, if you want us to use your own products, just let us know before arrival.
A: Yes, we only use products which are safe for use around young children and pets.
A: We only accept credit/debit cards. Our online payments are processed by Stripe. We guarantee a safe and secure booking process. Any unauthorised charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded.
A: No, unless there will be changes on your booking or you’d like to have additional requests.
A: Not at all. Just let us know how to gain entry by adding the location of the key to the comments section of your booking.
A: We have sets of cleaning teams working solo and as a couple. For bigger jobs, we’ll be sending extra cleaners so it won’t take long.
